General Booking Conditions. 

Check-In from 15:00h / Check-out before 12:00h (early check-in or late check-out subject to availability on request and fees may apply).

Payments (by bank transfer only): 20% Deposit payable on booking confirmation (non-refundable), with the balance due no later than one month prior to arrival.

Bookings will automatically be cancelled if deposit is not received within 7 days of confirmation and or balance of payment is not received no later than 1 month prior to arrival date - with loss of deposit.

We require guest names, ages and a lead contact to secure a booking and copies of passports / id documents on arrival at the property.

On arrival you will be required to leave a security deposit of €250 either by cheque or cash. This is made up of an extra €50 cleaning charge (should the property not be suitably clean on check-out to a reasonable standard) and €200 for any potential damages. The cheque / cash will be returned after inventory has taken place and the property is found to be in a satisfactory condition on check-out.

Booking amendments: 

Amendment / fees: You may change your guest name list up to 30 days prior to arrival Free of Charge. Date and or property changes - subject to availability – maybe made for an admin fee of €50 (plus any additional change in rates) up to 30 days prior to arrival. No changes permitted within 30 days. 

We recommend that you take out a travel insurance policy in the unlikely event that you need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances.

Covid-19 Policy: Subject to government imposed travel restrictions - Dates can be changed free of charge and subject to availability, higher rates may apply in the event of price rate season change. Bookings may be cancelled subject to a €100 fee / loss of deposit whichever is the lower amount.

Please respect these guidelines so that you can enjoy our surroundings to the maximum • Guests are required to provide a permanent address on arrival together with valid proof of identity. • Please drive slowly & carefully (10km max) when onsite • Keep noise to a minimum after 11pm. • Children are the sole responsibility of their parents / guardians whilst at the property • Please keep your personal belongings safe and secure. • The management excepts no responsibility for damage, loss or theft of personal belongings or property whilst at the property • Guest visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. • Water & Energy is precious – please do not leave taps running or electrical items left on unnecessarily

Animals are not permitted onsite or in the properties – NO SMOKING IN THE PROPERTIES.

Guests not abiding by the above rules or participating in anti-social behaviour may be asked to leave without refund or notice.
